Results: “Homeoprophylactic strategies: HP intervention was implemented for the entire population, over 1 year of age, of the IR. It consisted in the application of the homeopathic product nosoLEP in two different potencies. HP started in week 45 of 2007 with two oral doses of nosoLEP 200C with an interval between doses of 7 to 9 days.  After the homeoprophylactic intervention a significant decrease of the disease incidence was observed in the intervention regions. No such modifications were observed in non-intervention regions The homeoprophylactic intervention was strongly associated with a drastic reduction of disease incidence resulting in complete control of the epidemic. The results support the use of homeopathic prophylactic formulations as a feasible strategy to help control epidemic situations.”                                           READ MORE
